2. Services & Products

  • Smarthouse provides smart home and electronic products for sale and may offer installation services.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, in line with the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman.

  • Smarthouse provides warranty only as explicitly stated for each product. Claims must be submitted according to policy timelines and procedures.

  • Customers agree to use products responsibly and according to instructions. Misuse, unauthorized modifications, or tampering may void warranties.

  • Customers must not use our website or services for illegal activities under Omani law.
