Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

Smarthouse delivers orders across the Sultanate of Oman, including Muscat, Barka, Nizwa, and all other governorates.

We currently do not ship outside the Sultanate of Oman.

2. Shipping Methods & Fees

Smarthouse uses approved local courier services only for all deliveries.

Standard delivery fees are calculated based on location, order size, and weight.

Delivery charges will be communicated before order confirmation or shown at checkout.

For certain products (e.g., heavy items, bulk orders, or installations), additional delivery/handling fees may apply.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Muscat area: 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Other regions in the Sultanate of Oman: 3–7 working days.

Delivery schedules may be affected by weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather).

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

Orders placed after working hours, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Customers will be notified via email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery details (name, address, and phone number). Smarthouse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Risk of Loss & Ownership

Ownership of products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

Smarthouse is not responsible for damage or loss after the order has been delivered.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify Smarthouse within 24 hours at thesmarthouse.om@gmail.com.

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

Replacement or corrective action will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
