About Smart House

Serving Omani homes since 2024.

Established in 2024, Smart House, operated by Generation Pathway SPC, is an Omani company specialising in the supply, installation and programming of smart home systems for villas and apartments. Based in Barka, the company serves customers across the Sultanate through its online store and delivers installation projects in Muscat Governorate and South Al Batinah.

The company was established to provide Omani households with reliable smart home solutions that are suited to local construction and electrical standards, supported in both Arabic and English, and installed by a qualified in-house team. Our scope covers lighting and air-conditioning control, motorised curtains, home networking, multi-room audio, CCTV, gate automation, video intercoms, smart locks and safety sensors, integrated within a single application and compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

We work with recognised brands, including Hikvision, Reolink, TP-Link, Western Digital, Tuya and Zigbee, and build every system on an open platform, so that our clients retain full flexibility to expand or upgrade in the future. Each project begins with a written quotation and concludes with a full handover, training and continued after-sales support.
